This is the nectar of the Sicilians. Sicilian almonds and sugar are combined in this traditional recipe that contains the freshness of summer. In addition to the classic version, there is another one with the addition of pistachios. The dough can be used at breakfast, lunch or dinner to prepare a creamy granita, or diluted with water for a cool and nutritious drink.
